DJI is one of the best companies in China.

There are many companies in China that offer excellent service across different industries, but I consider DJI to be the best. Once you buy from them, you’ll understand it was absolutely worth it.

Here’s my story, briefly: I bought a new drone from DJI’s website with a one-year warranty. After just a couple of days of flying, as an inexperienced pilot, I clipped a tree and crashed the drone. I assumed the propellers might have been damaged (microcracks, etc.). That same day, I contacted customer support, and almost immediately I received an SMS notification that a shipping service had been arranged. The service team instructed me to pack the damaged drone and hand it over to the courier.

Amazingly, the very next morning the courier delivered a package with a brand-new drone. That means they sent me a replacement immediately—before even receiving my damaged one. About ten days later, I received another package from DJI containing the memory card I had forgotten in the broken drone I sent them. There were a few more instances later that convinced me DJI is a truly serious and reliable company.

Why am I sharing this? Many of our friends from the U.S., Australia, and Russia come to China and seem hesitant to buy directly from DJI, often looking for intermediaries on marketplaces. So I wanted to briefly share my experience. Everyone knows the product, but not everyone realizes the level of service behind it.

DJI is not only the best drone manufacturer but also a leader in many other products. Their offerings outperform competitors in many ways. The company develops its products using its own technology rather than relying on others, and it is a highly reliable supplier of its own ecosystem.
