Chinese company Bambu Lab has settled a dispute with Pop Mart
Bambu Lab, one of China’s leading 3D printing companies, has resolved a copyright dispute with Pop Mart. A court hearing had been scheduled for early April.
The conflict centered around MakerWorld, a platform used by Bambu Lab where users uploaded 3D models that allowed them to print copies of the Labubu character from Pop Mart’s collection.
In an official statement, Bambu Lab said it had reached an agreement with Pop Mart and removed all content related to the company from the platform.
Bambu Lab was founded five years ago in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. In that time, it has become one of the leading players in China’s consumer 3D printer market. In 2025, its revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan (approximately $1.4 billion).
