China plans to launch 6G by 2030.

China aims to begin the commercial rollout of 6G around 2030.

At a forum in Zhongguancun in Beijing, experts said that large-scale use of AI-enabled 6G networks is expected to begin by 2035.

China has already completed the first phase of 6G testing, evaluating more than 300 different technologies. The next step is developing prototypes, which is expected to continue through 2028, according to CGTN.

Meanwhile, companies such as Ericsson and Qualcomm showcased their AI-powered 6G test platforms at MWC. India and South Korea are also competing to take leading positions in patenting these technologies.
